About the role

We are looking for a Lead Specialist in Procurement Support to join our procurement department. The role involves ensuring the smooth execution of procurement processes for goods, works and services in accordance with Russian Federal Laws 223‑FZ and 44‑FZ.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preparatory work, including verification of technical specifications, procurement object descriptions and draft contracts.
• Support the entire procurement cycle for goods, works and services under 223‑FZ and 44‑FZ.
• Identify potential suppliers, perform market analysis and maintain supplier databases.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation required for procurement approval and contract signing.
• Generate reports on executed contracts for initiating departments.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Higher education (bachelor’s degree or higher).
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or related field.
• Additional education in procurement under 223‑FZ/44‑FZ is desirable.
• Understanding of the procurement process from the customer’s perspective under the cited legislation.
• Knowledge of Federal Laws 223‑FZ and 44‑FZ governing public and municipal procurement.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Russian Federal Laws 223‑FZ and 44‑FZ.
• Experience with procurement documentation and contract preparation.
• Ability to conduct market research and supplier analysis.
