About the role

The company seeks a senior accounting professional to manage all financial aspects of land plot transactions and related contracts under Federal Law 161-FZ. The role involves comprehensive bookkeeping, revenue calculation, debt management, and reporting for land acquisition, sales, and lease agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for contracts governed by Federal Law 161-FZ, supporting housing construction and tourism infrastructure projects.
• Calculate monthly revenue and remuneration for the Russian Federation Agent, implement measures to clear outstanding debts, and handle write‑offs or refunds.
• Record purchase‑sale and lease agreements of land plots, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
• Perform managerial accounting for land lease contracts, including accrual of fines, penalties, and compensation.
• Prepare statutory reports required by Law 161-FZ.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Proficiency with 1C Accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of Russian accounting standards (RSBU).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex calculations.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with solid analytical capabilities.
