About the role

The Bank “DOM.RF” is looking for a Chief Mortgage Support Specialist to handle written inquiries related to mortgage and retail credit services. The role focuses on internal communication, knowledge‑base management and participation in pilot projects, without direct contact with individual customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process a variety of written requests concerning mortgage and retail lending, including software administration tasks.
• Coordinate with internal bank departments and external partner networks to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain and develop the knowledge base by creating instructions, guides, tests and related documentation.
• Execute individual assignments as directed by management.
• Participate in pilot projects aimed at digital transformation of banking services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the banking sector, contact‑center environment or IT field.
• Higher education (university degree).
