Indirect Procurement Business Partner

About the role

The Indirect Procurement Business Partner (IPBP) will manage the full scope of indirect procurement activities across Russia and several neighboring countries, handling a spend of approximately $30M USD. The role partners with country leadership to ensure compliance with IP policies and drives productivity and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing for nine indirect categories, aligning with global and regional category strategies.
• Coordinate OPEX and CAPEX projects from an IP perspective and leverage digital tools such as SAP, Ariba, and AI‑powered dashboards.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with global preferred supplier programs.
• Deliver sustainability targets, track financial performance, and report savings and budget data.
• Mentor procurement officers and provide guidance to requestors.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in indirect procurement.
• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, organizational and influencing abilities.
• Ability to lead complex projects within a multinational matrix organization.
