Associate Business Development Manager, Volga Region

About the role

Stryker is looking for an Associate Business Development Manager for its Endoscopy/SportsMed division to drive growth in the Volga region, based in Nizhny Novgorod or Saratov. The role is field-based, with about 50% travel, and involves working with distributors, dealers and key opinion leaders in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate products to distributors and end users in the area of responsibility
• Build relationships with physicians and industry KOLs
• Work with Marketing to plan and run professional education programs for physicians in the region
• Develop relationships with dealers to help define business strategies
• Negotiate prices and prepare contracts within internal guidelines, up to contract conclusion
• Assess dealer performance regularly
• Implement product introductions as defined by the EEMEA marketing team strategy
• Coordinate product distribution and logistics with other Stryker Russia and Kazakhstan teams
• Report regularly to Senior Business Development Managers and the National Sales Manager on sales evolution and market adaptation
• Keep up to date on the product portfolio and market complexity, and plan and monitor actions needed to achieve the budget

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role
• English at B2 level
• Knowledge of the medical device industry and relevant regulations
• University degree, diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's licence
• Preferred: experience in Sports Medicine/Endoscopy, commercial acumen and business experience
