Business Development Specialist - Endoscopy/SportsMed, South Russia

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Business Development Specialist for its Endoscopy/SportsMed division to drive growth in South Russia. The role is field-based, with about 50% travel, and is based in Rostov-on-Don.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance in the assigned territory, manage pipeline activity and deliver agreed targets.
• Use customer, market and pipeline insights to plan activities and support business growth.
• Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, negotiate within guidelines and close opportunities.
• Build trusted customer relationships and ensure excellent service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain strong product and clinical knowledge and provide compliant guidance.
• Support channel partners through training, commercial guidance and alignment on sales execution.
• Collaborate across teams, share knowledge and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Use data and CRM insights to identify needs, drive improvements and support business objectives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience (or 6+ months at Stryker) in a similar role.
• English proficiency.
• Knowledge of the medical device industry and relevant regulations.
• University degree, diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Preferred: experience in Sports Medicine/Endoscopy, commercial acumen and business experience.
