Associate Business Development Manager – Volga Region

About the role

Stryker is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager to expand its Endoscopy/SportsMed portfolio across the Volga region, based in Saratov or Nizhny Novgorod. The role is field‑based and involves direct interaction with distributors, physicians and key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate products to distributors and end‑users, building strong relationships with physicians and industry KOLs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and deliver professional education programmes for physicians.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts within company guidelines and support product introductions as defined by the EEMEA marketing strategy.
• Coordinate distribution and logistics with Stryker Russia and Kazakhstan teams, and report regularly to senior managers on sales performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar business development or sales role within the medical device sector.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and a university degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
