About the role

We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join our growing Ufa office of the media group “RIM”. The role focuses on selling outdoor advertising solutions to business clients, handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to campaign completion.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by attracting advertisers through inbound and outbound activities.
• Select appropriate advertising sites based on client objectives and budget.
• Manage each campaign from the initial request through to its conclusion.
• Maintain and reactivate existing client database for repeat business.
• Record all deal information accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum six months of B2B sales experience.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a desire to develop professionally.
• Willingness to learn the specifics of outdoor advertising (training will be provided).

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM platform.
