About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at a leading Russian manufacturer of energy‑resource metering devices. The role involves providing remote assistance to customers, handling technical tickets and advising on product and software functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Process and resolve technical requests from users.
• Provide remote support and troubleshooting for heat, water and electricity meters and related software.
• Explain product features and software usage to clients.
• Collaborate with the support team and follow internal procedures.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Proficient PC user with ability to study specialized technical documentation.
• Clear and correct verbal communication.
• Higher or secondary technical education.
• Stress‑resistant, organized and disciplined.
