Field Service Engineer – Medical Equipment

About the role

GE HealthCare is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer in Novosibirsk. The role covers installation, diagnostics, inspection, analysis of technical condition data, repair and preventive maintenance of medical equipment, including visiting customers on site to resolve issues and provide service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair advanced medical equipment
• Diagnose technical issues and deliver solutions remotely and on-site
• Work directly with healthcare professionals, giving them technical guidance and support
• Document service activities and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with colleagues and technical experts to resolve complex issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence

Required profile

• Higher technical education (electronics, cryogenics, biomedical equipment)
• 3+ years of experience servicing high-tech equipment; experience with medical or laboratory equipment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics and troubleshooting methodologies
• Ability to read technical documentation and communicate in English
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region up to 80-100% of working time
