About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist for our Endoscopy/SportsMed division to drive growth in South Russia. This field‑based position involves building trusted customer relationships and supporting channel partners.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales performance within the assigned territory, manage pipeline activity and achieve targets.
Use customer, market and pipeline insights to prioritize opportunities and support business growth.
Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, negotiate within guidelines and close opportunities.
Maintain strong product and clinical knowledge to provide compliant guidance.
Support channel partners with training, commercial guidance and alignment on sales execution.

Required profile

2+ years of professional experience in a similar role (or 6+ months at Stryker).
English proficiency and knowledge of the medical device industry and regulations.
University degree, diploma, or equivalent experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred experience in Sports Medicine or Endoscopy.
