Business Development Specialist – Siberia & Far East

About the role

Stryker is seeking a Business Development Specialist for its Endoscopy/SportsMed division to expand market presence across the Far East and Siberia, covering locations such as Novosibirsk, Barnaul and Krasnoyarsk.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance in the assigned territory, manage pipeline activity and achieve agreed targets.
• Use customer, market and pipeline insights to prioritize opportunities and support business growth.
• Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, negotiate within guidelines and close deals.
• Build trusted relationships, provide responsive support throughout the customer journey and maintain strong product and clinical knowledge.
• Support channel partners with training, commercial guidance and alignment on sales execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role (or 6 months at Stryker).
• Proficiency in English and a valid driver’s license.
• University degree, diploma or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the medical device industry and relevant regulations.

Required skills

• Commercial acumen and business experience.
• Understanding of sports medicine or endoscopy markets (preferred).
