Store Administrator (Assistant Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a Store Administrator (Assistant Manager) to lead a shift and support the store team at our pet‑store chain. The role is ideal for candidates with retail experience who are ready to take responsibility for daily operations, sales, and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and ensure efficient store operations during assigned shifts.
• Actively participate in sales, helping customers choose appropriate pet products.
• Train and coach staff, monitor sales results and service quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Follow cash handling procedures, conduct cash register reconciliation and cash‑in‑transit.
• Open and close the store according to schedule.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in pet‑retail.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Interest in the pet sector and willingness to deepen product knowledge.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to perform inventory accounting.
