Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

ITMS Russia is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to support the financial management of its marketing investments. You will work closely with the consumer marketing team, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate reporting, risk mitigation, and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze marketing investment efficiency, assess material write‑offs, identify risks and support action‑plan development.
• Prepare data for management reporting (P&L), analyse variances, pinpoint key drivers and build financial models and scenario calculations.
• Detect risks early, create scenario models and facilitate data‑driven decisions.
• Execute monthly and annual closing of marketing expenses, prepare accruals, control adjustments and ensure correct accounting in 1C.
• Participate in budgeting cycles, collect and critically review departmental plans and expense forecasts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, document agreements and brief senior management.
• Contribute to automation and improvement of financial tools and reporting.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance or economics.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis, budgeting or controlling; FMCG or marketing investment experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of management reporting, cost and revenue accounting principles.
• Familiarity with primary documentation and tax legislation.
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to handle large data sets and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Proactive communication, risk awareness and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of 1C and English at B2 level are advantageous.
