About the role

The Operator‑Adjuster will work on the production line of a leading tobacco and nicotine products manufacturer, ensuring that equipment operates within set technological parameters and that product quality is maintained throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to established technological parameters.
• Monitor product parameters, replace consumables, and control quality at all production stages.
• Record equipment downtime reasons and durations in the database.
• Perform equipment setup, routine maintenance, and both planned and unplanned repairs.
• Participate in equipment modernization projects.
• Work with bearings, belts, mechanisms, and technical drawings.

Required profile

• Experience in mechanical repairs or maintenance of production equipment.
• Proficiency with hand tools and solid theoretical/practical knowledge of mechanics (threads, bearings, belts, couplings, shafts, gears).
• Technical education (secondary vocational or higher).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and ability to read technical drawings is a plus.
