About the role

ITMS Russia is looking for a motivated Operator‑Setup to join its tobacco production line. You will ensure smooth operation of equipment, maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the production line according to established technological parameters.
• Monitor product parameters, replace consumables and control quality at every stage.
• Record equipment downtime reasons and durations in the database.
• Perform equipment settings, routine maintenance and both planned and unplanned repairs.
• Participate in modernization projects and work with bearings, belts, mechanisms and technical drawings.

Required profile

• Experience in mechanical repairs of production equipment or similar machinery.
• Proficiency with hand tools and solid knowledge of practical mechanics (threads, bearings, belts, couplings, shafts, axles, mechanisms).
• Technical education (secondary vocational or higher); ability to read technical drawings is a plus.
