Market Sales Leader – Russia & Central Asia

About the role

The Market Sales Leader RCA is responsible for end‑to‑end commercial performance of Philips’ Image Guided Therapy Devices across Russia and Central Asia. The role combines P&L ownership with strategic and operational leadership to drive growth, market penetration and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for orders, revenue, margins and growth targets.
• Define and execute regional commercial strategy based on market segmentation and customer needs.
• Lead commercial execution in a distributor‑driven environment, set performance expectations and coach partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs and decision‑makers.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing regional sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Establish strong operating rhythm, ensure compliance with Philips policies and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in medical‑device business leadership with P&L ownership.
• At least 5 years of commercial leadership or sales management experience.
• Proven success managing multi‑country or complex regional environments and working with distributors.
• Demonstrated government‑relations (GR) record.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Russian (C1 level).
