Growth Marketer – Acquisition & Paid Media

About the role

We're hiring a Growth Marketer to own acquisition end‑to‑end, not just paid performance. Paid media is a big part of it, but the role also reaches into organic, content, and automation wherever they move the growth number.

Key responsibilities

• Run and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, handling planning, execution and iteration.
• Extend reach beyond paid channels through organic, content and automation initiatives.
• Own cost‑per‑lead, CAC and paid channel performance as core metrics.
• Maintain and iterate the attribution layer built with an external consultant.
• Build and ship vertical‑specific landing pages.
• Analyse in‑product usage data to identify funnel leaks and act on them.
• Run a prioritised experimentation backlog testing messaging, creative angles, channels and landing‑page variants.
• Own performance reporting (CAC, CPL, conversion rate, revenue‑through‑paid) and share insights proactively.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of growth marketing experience, preferably both B2C and B2B.
• Hands‑on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Comfortable working beyond paid media, with exposure to organic, content or automation.
• Familiarity with attribution and analytics tooling.
• Based in Pakistan, India or Eastern Europe with suitable timezone overlap.
• Bias to action – prefer shipping imperfect tests over waiting for perfect briefs.
