Finance Management Trainee Leadership Program

About the role

ITMS is launching an 18‑month Finance Leadership Program for recent graduates who are eager to tackle ambitious business challenges and develop into future finance managers.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing finance by preparing recommendations, financial analysis, and expense control for marketing P&L.
• Conduct production finance tasks such as cost analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, cash‑flow forecasting and financial support for supply‑chain projects.
• Assist corporate finance activities including consolidated financial planning, treasury management, hedging, liquidity management and internal control compliance.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or Management (graduated ≤3 years ago).
• Willingness to work full‑time (40 hours/week) and take responsibility for results.
• Team‑player attitude with strong initiative.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or higher.
• Maximum of 5 years work experience.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
