Early Career Trainee, Commercial Operations

About the role

This early career trainee position offers hands-on experience in commercial operations within a global company. You will manage documentation, coordinate approvals, maintain contract data and support commercial processes that require accuracy, organisation and attention to detail. Key responsibilities

• Prepare commercial proposals, contracts and contract amendments
• Coordinate approvals with customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate contract and opportunity information in internal systems
• Support invoicing and contract administration activities
• Resolve billing and documentation-related queries with internal teams
• Support sales representatives with day-to-day commercial operations
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and compliance across systems and documentation

Required profile

• Completed higher education (Bachelor / Master)
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Intermediate English or higher
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
• Strong written communication and confidence working with different stakeholders
• Comfortable with structured processes and recurring tasks

Required skills

• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
