About the role

We are looking for a Junior Performance & Media Buying Specialist to join our fully remote marketing agency. You will start with Yandex.Direct campaigns and gradually expand to Telegram Ads, VK, Avito, programmatic platforms, and emerging channels while continuously learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid‑media campaigns, initially on Yandex.Direct.
• Analyze performance data, adjust bids, creatives and targeting to meet CPA, ROAS and other KPI targets.
• Plan and execute experiments: test hypotheses, audiences, creatives and ad‑format combinations.
• Scale successful campaigns and expand into new channels such as Telegram Ads, VK, Avito and programmatic.
• Monitor platform updates and performance‑marketing trends, applying best practices.
• Automate routine tasks and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.
