Production Controller

About the role

Wellspect Healthcare is seeking a Production Controller to join its Finance team at the Kazan site. The role partners closely with Supply Chain and Production management to optimise financial performance, inventory valuation and process efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as business partner to Supply Chain and Production management, providing financial advice and decision‑support.
• Lead monthly closing, inventory valuation and preparation of financial reports.
• Manage forecasting and budgeting processes, including reporting of results.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) transactions.
• Analyse production variances per product and drive improvement initiatives.
• Control project budgets, business cases and COGS calculations for new product development.
• Oversee the annual standard price calculation process.
• Maintain internal controls (SOX) related to inventory and production.
