Warehouse Employee - Workshop Spare Parts

About the role

Scania is looking for a team member to join its service team in Paskov and help run the spare parts warehouse smoothly. The role suits someone who is organised, has a technical mindset and enjoys a job where every day brings something different.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check and store spare parts
• Order parts according to the needs of the workshop and customers
• Prepare and issue parts to the workshop and external customers
• Maintain stock records and use the warehouse management system
• Work with service advisors and mechanics to keep spare parts available
• Handle returns, claims and packaging materials
• Take part in regular stocktaking and optimise stock levels
• Keep the warehouse organised and safe

Required profile

• Secondary education with a technical focus
• Technical thinking and interest in automotive technology
• Previous experience in a warehouse or automotive environment
• Attention to detail, reliability and good organisation
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Category B driving licence (C is an advantage); forklift licence is an advantage, and the employer can help obtain one
• Basic English is an advantage
