About the role

We are seeking a Lead Specialist to support bankruptcy procedures at Bank Dom.RF. The role involves preparing and filing bankruptcy applications, representing the bank in arbitration courts, and coordinating with financial managers to ensure compliance with Russian insolvency legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit statements to arbitration courts for debtor insolvency recognition and creditor claim registration.
• Participate in court sessions, interact with financial managers, and monitor their activities on behalf of the creditor.
• Track court decisions, ensure their legal effect, and record them in the bank’s software systems.
• Control the progress and outcomes of bankruptcy procedures involving the bank’s clients.
• Negotiate with debtors and their representatives regarding debt repayment and settlement agreements.

Required profile

• Higher legal education.
• Experience in a bank, micro‑finance organization, or collection agency handling bankruptcy procedures.
• Experience in court representation and interaction with arbitration courts.
• Knowledge of civil law, arbitration process, and Russian insolvency legislation (including Federal Laws 229‑FZ, 127‑FZ, 230‑FZ).
• Ability to draft legal correspondence, interpret legislation, and make legal decisions.
