Traffic Manager / Contextual Advertising Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Traffic Manager who will design, launch and optimise contextual advertising campaigns for our clients. The role combines performance marketing, business analytics and creative execution to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage advertising campaigns on Yandex.Direct, MyTarget, Yandex Market and other platforms.
• Use end‑to‑end analytics tools to improve sales funnels and report on performance.
• Develop advertising strategies, define target audiences and create ad creatives.
• Collect and parse keywords, build semantic groups and set up tracking.
• Analyse results, test hypotheses and present data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, clients and internal teams during analytical sessions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes and continuously refine campaign setups.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance or contextual advertising.
• Strong business‑analysis skills and deep understanding of advertising metrics.
• Possession of Yandex or Google certification(s).
• Portfolio of successful campaigns and case studies.
