About the role

ITMS Russia, a leading player in the Russian tobacco and nicotine market, is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to cover the Pavletskaya‑Arbat‑Novokuznetskaya area of Moscow. The role includes a corporate car and focuses on building strong relationships with retail partners, promoting the company’s premium brands, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnership relationships with retail outlets in the assigned territory.
• Develop the territory by negotiating contracts for equipment installation, marketing activities and other initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity and deliver regular reports to management.
• Promote product categories and ensure proper product placement according to company standards.
• Control product assortment availability in stores and coordinate with distributors.
• Conduct regular informational contacts with consumers.

Required profile

• At least one year of driving experience with a valid Category B licence.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role is a plus.
