About the role

ITMS Russia, a leading player in the Russian tobacco and nicotine market, is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to cover the Pavelskaya‑Arbat‑Novokuznetskaya area of Moscow. The role combines field sales activities with the use of a corporate vehicle, allowing you to build strong relationships with retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with retail outlets within the assigned territory.
• Develop the territory by securing contracts for equipment installation and marketing activities.
• Monitor competitor actions and provide regular reports.
• Promote product categories and ensure proper shelf presentation according to company standards.
• Maintain full product assortment in stores and coordinate with distributors.
• Conduct regular informational contacts with consumers.

Required profile

• At least one year of driving experience with a valid Category B driver’s license.
• Confident negotiation abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role is an advantage.
