About the role

ITMS Russia is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to cover the Pavelskaya‑Arbat‑Novokuznetskaya area of Moscow. The role combines field sales activities with the use of a corporate car, allowing you to build relationships with retail partners and promote a portfolio of well‑known tobacco and nicotine brands.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnership relationships with retail outlets in the assigned territory.
• Develop the territory and negotiate contracts for equipment installation, marketing activities and other initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity and deliver regular reports.
• Promote product categories and ensure proper in‑store merchandising according to company standards.
• Control product assortment availability in points of sale and coordinate with distributors.
• Conduct regular informational contacts with consumers.

Required profile

• At least one year of driving experience with a category B licence.
• Confident negotiation skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Previous experience in sales or a similar position is an advantage.
