About the role

The Kirovsky Plant "Mayak" is looking for an experienced turner (grade 3‑5) to join its metal‑working shop. The position involves operating lathes to produce precision parts in a demanding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform turning operations on various metal components according to technical drawings.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain lathe machines to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Monitor production quality and report any deviations.
• Follow safety procedures for heavy and hazardous work conditions.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep.

Required profile

• Secondary professional education in machining or a related field.
• Experience as a turner with a classification of 3‑5 grade.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Kirov.
• Ability to adapt to physically demanding and potentially harmful conditions.
