About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Insurance Specialist to join our growing team at ROSGOSSTRAH. You will work independently, helping clients choose suitable insurance products while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on the company’s insurance portfolio.
• Tailor individual solutions to meet client needs.
• Attract new customers and maintain a client database.
• Negotiate terms and finalize contracts.
• Handle documentation and process payments.

Required profile

• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Responsible, independent, and eager to learn.
• Previous sales experience (e.g., direct sales, real estate, automotive, tourism) is a plus but not mandatory.
