Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will represent Beijing Ortho Technology in competitive projects, secure contracts and maximise profitability. This position focuses on equipment and technology sales to petrochemical, chemical, oil refinery and natural gas plants, often in an international context.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s image and build long‑term client relationships.
• Track, organise and analyse project information, proposing counter‑measures when needed.
• Report significant project changes promptly and develop adaptation strategies.
• Participate in technical presentations and commercial negotiations together with technical managers.
• Prepare quotations in cooperation with the International Department following internal procedures.
• Coordinate contract signing, customer training in China and support contract execution.
• Assist Commercial, Project and Engineering teams with technical kick‑offs and contract modifications.
• Recover contract payments and provide market forecasts and product demand insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in science or engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience in equipment or technology for petrochemical, chemical, oil refinery or natural gas sectors.
• Experience in international trade, business or project implementation is a plus.
• Fluent English for daily business communication.
