About the role
The municipality is seeking a qualified cook to prepare nutritious meals for children attending Kindergarten No. 112 in the Frunzensky district of Saint Petersburg. You will work in a fully equipped kitchen, following approved menus and strict hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dishes according to the age‑specific menu for children.
- Follow recipes and cooking technologies precisely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area.
- Inspect and control the quality of incoming food products.
- Consider dietary requirements and special nutrition needs of the children.
Required profile
- Secondary professional education in culinary arts or a related specialty (e.g., "Cook").
- Experience working in a kitchen serving children is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to adhere to sanitary norms and food safety regulations.
