Partnership Manager – Bangladesh, Pakistan & India

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Partnership Manager to expand our affiliate network across Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India. You will work remotely, collaborating with international partners and our marketing team to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and support new affiliate partners in Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with partners.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial contact to signed agreements.
• Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and overall performance of partner platforms.
• Purchase advertising placements on social media and online media channels.
• Spot new opportunities to expand the affiliate network.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on user‑acquisition initiatives.
• Stay informed about trends in affiliate and digital marketing.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Fluency in at least one of Bengali, Urdu, or Hindi.
• Strong interest in affiliate and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a willingness to work with data and analytics.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.
• Marketing experience is a plus.
