About the role

We are looking for a live‑in nanny to care for 1‑year‑old twins (boy and girl) on a 7‑day on/7‑day off rotation (or 7/6). The position is based in the Odintsovo district, near Perkhushkovo railway station, and includes occasional travel abroad with the family.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full daily routine: wake‑up, meals, naps, and bedtime following age‑appropriate sleep patterns.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensure proper feeding and hydration.
• Maintain hygiene: diaper changes, dressing, and general cleanliness.
• Organise outdoor walks and safe playtime, fostering physical and cognitive development.
• Engage in age‑appropriate educational activities, talking, singing, and reading.
• Monitor safety at all times and respond to any emergencies.

Required profile

• Physically active and quick‑moving.
• Experience caring for children from 1 year old, preferably twins or two children aged 0‑3.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• Clothing size up to 52 (to fit with the children).
• Willingness to stay overnight in the same room as the twins.
• Ability to accompany the family on two overseas trips per year (2‑4 weeks each).

Required skills

What we offer

• Shift schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (or 7 days on / 6 days off).
• 16 working days per month.
• Compensation: 13 000 RUB per day (≈208 000 RUB for 16 days).
