About the role

We are looking for a Chief Procurement Specialist to lead and support the company’s purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with Russian procurement legislation and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project documentation to support procurement processes.
• Publish required information in the Unified Information System (EIS) in line with Federal Law 223‑FZ, procurement regulations and internal guidelines.
• Compile and submit mandatory monthly reports under 223‑FZ, as well as semi‑annual and annual reports.
• Prepare the annual procurement report for small and medium‑size enterprises.
• Maintain weekly management reporting according to internal interaction regulations.
• Maintain and update contract registers to ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• At least three years of experience in procurement activities governed by Federal Law 223‑FZ and/or 44‑FZ.
