About the role

The Bank "Дом.РФ" is looking for a Chief Specialist to manage the accounting and operational aspects of credit transactions for corporate clients. The role involves end‑to‑end handling of loan accounts, from opening to closure, ensuring compliance with Russian banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full accounting of corporate credit operations, including account opening, interest accrual, fee amortisation, and early repayment.
• Process escrow accounts for developers under 214‑FZ and manage related documentation.
• Record court‑ordered adjustments such as contract terminations, bankruptcies, penalties, and refunds.
• Handle restructuring and prolongation of loan contracts, including penalty cancellations and schedule changes.
• Execute banking transactions in line with Central Bank regulations and internal policies.
• Form reserves for potential credit and documentary losses, including IFRS 9 valuation.
• Test new system functionalities and provide methodological support to other bank units.

Required profile

• Higher education (economics, finance or related field).
• At least 1 year of experience in a bank servicing corporate or individual credit.
• Familiarity with Russian banking legislation and IFRS 9 accounting.
• Preferable experience with the New Athena banking software.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Proficiency with New Athena banking software.
