About the role

ITMS Russia is seeking a Corporate Security Expert to protect its employees, assets, information and business processes. The role involves assessing risks, investigating incidents and ensuring compliance with security policies across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess risks to personnel, property, information and business processes.
• Identify violations, non‑conformities and potential threats; conduct inspections.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare analytical reports.
• Develop and implement measures to prevent losses and minimise risks.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and procedures in business units.
• Coordinate with business partners, contractors and law‑enforcement agencies.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to improve the overall security level.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Experience in security services, law‑enforcement or a similar corporate role.
• Proven experience in investigations, risk analysis and report preparation.
• Understanding of business processes and corporate security principles.
• Strong communication skills, independence and ability to handle large volumes of information.
