About the role

The company TOPOL‑ECO is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the flow of goods, fuel, and consumables in its Lobnya office. You will be responsible for processing supplier deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring accurate write‑offs.

Key responsibilities

• Register incoming goods from suppliers in the 1C system and complete their packaging.
• Write‑off inventory based on warehouse invoices and fuel consumption reports.
• Handle low‑value and fast‑wear items, as well as workwear, including issuance, depreciation and disposal.
• Prepare shipping notices (Avizo) and accompanying transport documents.
• Transfer inventory between construction sites and reconcile stock movements.
• Print and sign off on disposal acts and forms (M‑11) with authorized personnel.

Required profile

• Experience with inventory and fuel accounting.
• Familiarity with 1C accounting software.
• Ability to work with warehouse documentation and transport reports.
• Attention to detail and compliance with internal procedures.

What we offer

• 5‑day work week with two days off.
• Working hours: 08:00‑17:00 or 09:00‑18:00 with a one‑hour lunch break.
• Meals provided on‑site.
• 28 calendar days of paid vacation per year.
• Salary: 65 000 RUB during probation, 80 000 RUB after.
• Three‑month probation period (may be reduced to one month at manager’s discretion).
