About the role

The Brand Chef will lead the creation and development of ready‑made food products for a large‑scale, highly automated production facility. You will shape the taste portfolio, ensure reproducibility, and support the company’s goal of feeding the nation with high‑quality meals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a full range of ready‑made dishes, including soups, main courses, salads, sandwiches, and beverages.
• Create and maintain technological cards that meet quality and reproducibility standards.
• Manage quality control from raw material intake to final product release, covering semi‑finished and finished items.
• Organize training for technologists, provide mentorship, and standardize procedures.
• Analyze cost structures, waste, and losses; propose and implement reduction measures.
• Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations, HACCP, and internal guidelines.
• Optimize production flow to increase efficiency while maintaining consistent quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing ready‑made food assortments and scaling recipes for industrial production.
• Background in quality control and implementation of food‑industry standards.
• Hands‑on experience with cost analysis, waste reduction, and loss mitigation.
• Deep knowledge of raw material characteristics and suitability for various product categories.
• Experience working in a large food manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience in building and developing a team of technologists.
