About the role

The Moscow Technological Institute is seeking a proactive Senior Specialist to support students in their final semester. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, timely reminders, and assistance throughout the graduation process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact students by phone and messenger to remind them of important deadlines and outstanding obligations.
• Answer student inquiries via email and chat platforms.
• Organise and moderate additional preparatory sessions, including registration, chat moderation, and distribution of schedules and study materials.
• Verify student eligibility for final assessments.
• Handle documentation such as collecting applications and forwarding work to the dean’s office for verification.
• Maintain a high level of service quality at every stage of student support.

Required profile

• Confident PC user with solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Clear and logical written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic, empathetic, and self‑assured.
• Motivation to work hard and earn, with an ambitious attitude.
• Experience in education (tutor or curator) is a plus.
