About the role

ITMS Russia is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead category strategy, cost optimisation and supplier relationships for its portfolio of leading tobacco and nicotine brands. The role combines strategic planning, project leadership and hands‑on negotiation with both domestic and international suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Initiate and manage strategic projects such as new supplier sourcing, alternative material introduction and sustainable supply‑chain development.
• Achieve cost‑saving targets, manage the category budget and optimise total cost of ownership (TCO) through consolidation, payment terms and logistics improvements.
• Conduct full‑cycle supplier selection, lead complex negotiations with foreign vendors and secure long‑term framework agreements.
• Monitor contract performance, manage risks and nurture long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, provide price forecasts, and coordinate with the global procurement function on regional initiatives.
• Lead project teams, present supplier recommendations to tender committees and drive strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, engineering or management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel frequently for supplier visits.
• Advanced English (C1) for daily communication with international partners.
