About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our expanding support team. You will provide remote assistance to users of our energy‑metering devices and related software, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and process technical requests from customers.
• Deliver remote troubleshooting and guidance on product functionality.
• Answer questions about hardware and software features.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Proficient PC user with ability to research technical documentation.
• Clear, courteous communication skills.
• Higher or secondary technical education.
• Stress‑resilient, organized and disciplined.

Required skills

• Technical support experience (1–3 years).
