About the role

The Auction Specialist will support the sale of real‑estate assets by preparing documentation, coordinating with governing bodies, and managing the auction process. This position ensures compliance with legal and technical standards while delivering transparent results.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze urban planning, legal and technical documentation for land parcels and real‑estate objects.
• Prepare materials required for the disposal of real‑estate assets for review by collegial management bodies.
• Draft and compile all documents necessary to conduct auctions of real‑estate assets.
• Maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports on auction outcomes.

Required profile

• Higher education in law or land surveying.
• Result‑oriented, responsible, attentive, organized, and stress‑resilient.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a multitasking environment.
• Strong planning, time‑management and quick learning capabilities.
