About the role

The Consultation Center Specialist will handle inbound client communications for the DOM.RF Group, providing information on federal support measures, developer services, and residential rental management. This role combines phone, email, and chat interactions to ensure clients receive accurate and timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and guide clients on DOM.RF services and government support programs.
• Resolve diverse client inquiries and coordinate with internal departments.
• Draft written responses to email and chat requests using predefined templates.
• Log all client interactions in the organization’s tracking system.

Required profile

• Higher education, unfinished higher education, or secondary specialized education.
• Motivation to grow within a large banking/financial institution.
• At least six months experience in a contact‑center or bank environment.
• Confident use of a personal computer.
