Social Media Manager (SMM Executive)

About the role

ITMS Russia is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager (SMM Executive) to lead the company’s presence on social platforms while complying with strict industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long‑term social media strategy aligned with market and compliance requirements.
• Generate new content ideas and formats for audience engagement within regulated limits.
• Ensure continuous, on‑schedule publishing of content according to an approved calendar.
• Coordinate with legal, brand, and other stakeholders to obtain timely approvals for all posts.
• Analyze key metrics (followers, views, engagement), extract insights and formulate data‑driven hypotheses.
• Manage external agencies, brief them, monitor deadlines, and ensure adherence to global Content Creation Guidelines.
• Plan cross‑channel launches, primarily on VKontakte, and explore additional platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SMM experience, preferably with FMCG or regulated brands.
• Structured thinking, ability to break down complex tasks and support decisions with numbers.
• High self‑organization, multitasking skills and strict deadline management.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical approach.
• Understanding of tone of voice and content standards for large brands.
• Upper‑intermediate English is a plus.
