SMM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SMM Specialist to lead our internal social media initiatives. You will develop our social channels, showcase the team’s expertise, and increase the bureau’s visibility for potential clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute content calendars for platforms such as Telegram, VK, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Reels.
• Gather project information from brand managers, designers and strategists, transform it into engaging posts, stories and case studies.
• Write copy, brief designers, approve visual assets and publish content.
• Monitor audience reaction, analyse reach, engagement and conversion metrics, and propose improvements.
• Suggest new content formats, test rubrics and help shape the bureau’s digital brand identity.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as an SMM specialist, content manager, social editor or digital marketer.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, tone of voice, visual presentation and basic analytics.
• Ability to turn complex projects into clear, compelling social media material.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
