Production Controller

About the role

Wellspect Healthcare is seeking a Production Controller to join its Finance team at the Kazan site. The role partners closely with Supply Chain and Production management to optimise financial performance, manage inventory valuation and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as business partner to Supply Chain and Production management, providing support and decision‑making.
• Own the monthly close, inventory valuation and financial performance reporting.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and related reporting activities.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of inventory and COGS transactions.
• Analyse production variances per product and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive improvement initiatives for processes, methods and systems.
• Conduct project controlling, including business cases and COGS calculations for new product development.
• Manage the yearly standard price calculation process.
• Maintain internal controls (SOX) related to inventory and production.
