About the role

Join a fast‑growing cosmetics and home‑goods retailer as a Sales Consultant in the City‑Park Mall of Voronezh. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting cosmetics and household items.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the store’s assortment.
• Arrange merchandise according to the planogram.
• Keep the sales floor clean and orderly.
• Participate in receiving goods, inventory checks, expiration‑date monitoring and handling damaged stock.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or client‑service environments.
• Strong listening skills and ability to propose appropriate solutions.
• Willingness to follow the corporate dress code, including light daily makeup.
• Positive attitude, energy, and a genuine interest in beauty products.
