About the role

ITMS Russia is looking for an experienced Information Security Manager to lead and enhance the protection of its IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and identity systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve Vulnerability Management processes from detection to remediation tracking.
• Increase the security posture of Windows and Linux servers and network equipment through hardening best practices.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate security controls.
• Analyze security incidents, investigate attack vectors, and design preventive measures.
• Strengthen network security by configuring next‑generation firewalls (NGFW) and threat detection systems.
• Design and implement Identity & Access Management solutions such as MFA, PAM, Active Directory, and GPO.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in information security with a focus on infrastructure protection.
• Proven experience building Vulnerability Management processes.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux hardening and modern security standards.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, OSI model, TCP/IP and segmentation.
• Hands‑on incident response experience, including EDR tools and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Additional plus: automation scripting (Python or Bash), Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and relevant certifications (OSCP, CISSP, CISM).
