Lead Generation Specialist – Web3 & AI Domain

About the role

ChainGPT is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to act as the first point of contact for leading Web3 and AI projects across Europe. You will identify high‑potential prospects, qualify opportunities and hand them to the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and qualify crypto projects and Tier‑1 partners using outbound channels such as email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord and Twitter/X.
• Leverage automation and enrichment tools (Zapier, n8n, Make.com) to streamline prospecting and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Conduct exploratory conversations, nurture leads, and document all activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with BD and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging and support ABM campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Web3, AI and sales‑enablement trends and provide weekly pipeline reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of lead generation or SDR experience in a Web3, AI, crypto or blockchain‑focused company.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem (DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, L1/L2 chains, wallets, exchanges).
• Self‑starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to thrive in a remote‑first, high‑autonomy environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n and Make.com.
• Familiarity with outreach channels: LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X.
